Rare Original French Normandy Chipped Milk-Paint Wedding Marriage Armoire 1800s
About the Item
This is a superb, ENTIRELY ORIGINAL Milk-painted distressed finish (time-worn) with no damage or issues beyond 200 years of age and patina. Look at the incredible chippy creamy white paint and notice that its open with mesh grillwork in the doors. It was used as a china cabinet and is lighted and the shelves are adjustable. This is a 1790-1820s era piece from Normandy, France
