A superb French midcentury cocktail table in the style of Maison Jansen. Fine craftsmanship and quality, exceptionally executed, rectangular shape, having gorgeous olive burl wood top with beautiful, rich coloring, luxurious depth, and elegant warm patina, above a uniquely designed mirrored base of ebonized and polished gilt brass and bronze, double stretcher joined turned baluster shaped spindle columns on splayed feet. circa 1940; Paris, France A wonderful example of elegantly sophisticated French Modernist design! Dimensions (approx): 17.5" H, 35" W, 18" D.
