About the Item

Parcela series is inspired by the visual language of land subdivisions in Ejidos, the post Revolution agricultural system that still prevails in Mexico, while emulating the imaginary of Sci-Fi films that have influenced the designer. A 6mm-thick steel surface resembles the unpredictable geometry of a lot, floating with horsehair resembling the tentacles of a jellyfish. The table is crafted in Jalisco, Mexico, using both robotic and artisanal techniques.
