Custom Modernist Brushed Brass and Grey Limestone Console Table

This sophisticated console table is handcrafted with the same attention to detail and old world craftsmanship as the vintage pieces that we carry. It was created exclusively for us by our custom artisanal atelier located in New York. It features a spacious grey limestone top resting on two rectangular supports in brushed brass. Three pairs of elongated looped bands float in the center of the support structures, each cradling an orb in brushed brass at their nadir. Viewed in their totality, these band and ball forms suggest stylized pendulums, imbuing a sense of movement into the piece. These supports are connected by a cross beam of the same material. With its sleek lines, this refined modernist table would be a winning addition to practically any style of decor from Classic Mid-Century Modern to ultra contemporary. Excellent condition.
