An early twentieth century mahogany and satinwood ‘Carlton House’ desk,
Edwardian, in the late eighteenth Neo-Classical manner, the whole with extensive decorative inlay and gilt-brass cabinet furniture, the tooled-leather writing surface being extendable, on tapered legs with spade feet and castors.
A fine and delicately designed desk of fantastic quality and condition.
