Limited Edition Bureau Plat De La Fayette for Grange
About the Item
French Desk by Grange with fine proportions and presentation. A very well made and faithful likeness to the original at Chateau de Chavanaic in France. Numbered B7 of 999 on mounted side plaque. With a dark green tooled-leather writing surface, above three frieze drawers (with Key) and the whole raised on delicate cabriolet legs. Intentionally distressed.
Condition: Please see detail photos. Various acceptable signs of age and use include some marks, light scratches and scuffs to the leather as well as some light scratches to the wood. The aforementioned is for accuracy as the presentation is particularly fine and authentically French.
