The rectangular top is fitted with a newly tooled light brown leather inset, framed by a thumb-moulded edge, resting over two pedestals. Each of the eight oak-lined deep drawers is equipped with original brass handles. The pedestals of the desk stands on a plinth base. This desk exemplifies exceptional craftsmanship, with beautifully lined mahogany drawers. The pull-out reading slopes on both sides, also inset with brown tooled leather, add an extra layer of convenience, making it ideal for multitasking. Excellent original condition, having a superb rich colour to the mahogany and the leather. The brass details covering the piece give it the iconic campaign design that is so popular. In terms of condition, the desk is in excellent original state, boasting a rich patina on both the solid mahogany and leather, which speaks to its quality craftsmanship and the care it has received over the years.
