Modern Oak and Iron Boomerang Form Desk, France, circa 1930s
About the Item
A real statement piece, this French early modernism desk features a boomerang shaped top in solid oak. The distinctive iron base hold a storage space topped with a single drawer. The oak top has been newly restored using matte finish. The iron base has also bee restored in matte black lacquer. Imported to the US by noted NYC antique dealer Robert Altman.
