About the Item
Gampell-Stoll furniture offers the penultimate in whimsical, exotic themed furnishings. This desk is perhaps their most iconic design, featuring four elephant heads holding a kidney-form desktop. The desk features a Chinese chippendale figured apron on all edges, and a single center drawer. This example has been newly lacquered in white dove satin, with the tusks of each elephant highlighted in black.In very fine, fully restored condition.
