About the Item

A small Chinese tray, hand-crafted in teak with mother-of-pearl inlays, early 20th Century. Rustic teak in a dark brown/red semi-gloss finish. Four stretchers connect the turned legs. Delicate mother-of-pearl inlaid decorations throughout, with the center depicting an intricate and detailed Asian pastoral scene. The table presents signs of age and use. No recent repairs or restorations are apparent. Its structural integrity is intact. Dimensions: 13.5" Wide x 7.5" Deep x 4" High. Base stretchers: 7" x 12".
