19th Century Carved Armorial Plaque

About the Item

19th century hand carved armorial. The plaque is shaped as a shield and carved upon it are a knight's head with plumes of feathers in his armor, over a carved shield. The shield is above wonderfully hand carved feathers on both sides of the base of the plaque. Wonderfully detailed.
