La pittrice francese Suzanne Daynes-Grassot è stata specializzata in ritratti, soggetti figurativi, nature morte, paesaggi e nudi. Ha esposto regolarmente al Salon di Parigi e alla Sociétié Nationale dal 1918 al 1935, ricevendo il premio Armand Berton Poussielgue nel 1930 per "La Femme Rousse". Ha continuato a dipingere dopo il 1935, ma si ritiene che abbia smesso di esporre. Ha venduto molte opere in diverse città tra cui Parigi, Nizza e New York. Biography
His father owned a small restaurant, "Le Dagnaux," in the 6th arrondissement of Paris. He began his studies in 1878 at the École nationale supérieure des beaux-arts under Professor Ernest Victor Hareux. His first exhibition was in 1883, at the Salon.
