Handwritten info note found on the back of painting (last photo) says "Oil Painting circa 1810 of James Emery of Kingsley Norfolk 4 Cogges hall, Essex born 1778. Was at death 52 years. Married Elanor Coward. The above parents of Maury Emery, their youngest son, born 1st Oct. 1814. First wife named - Seabrook".
