Late 19th century watercolor by Vincenzo Montefusco Squid Fishing ca.1885. Vincenzo Montefusco (1852-1912) was a Italian painter born in Cava dei Tirreni Campania Italy. He studied under Domenico Morelli in Naples and dedicated himself to Genre paintings and landscape paintings. Many of his paintings were sold in Paris by Goupil Gallery. This is a fantastic piece beautiful colors and detail would look great in any room.
