Fine original oil painting by listed French Artist Marie De Garay depicting two domestic workers taking a quick break for a dance lesson as a dog looks on, and a young man takes a peek from behind the brick wall.
The painting is signed in the lower right corner. Remnants of an original Paris gallery label is affixed to the back of the panel.
The painting measures 11" wide x 7.25" high, and comes unframed.
This will look great in a contemporary frame.
Very good antique condition. She has had auction results over $21,000.
