A tall portrait painting by the late Oklahoma artist Clair Seglem. The subject of this piece is the bust of a woman with blonde hair on a dark green background. She wears a red lip and red rouge on her cheeks. She looks toward her side outside the view of the painting.
Signed at bottom November 1994.

About the artist:
This piece is by the late Oklahoma artist and retired Air Force man Clair Seglem. Seglem painted into his 1990s before passing at his Oklahoma residence. He was known for his striking portraits and still life paintings.
