Depicting a young woman in a pink dress seated on a stone garden bench accompanied by a greyhound, while a suitor leans over her shoulder to whisper in her ear, all within a parkland setting with castle beyond, signed lower right Bertram, reverse with mailing label inscribed Shipped by E.D.E.T-Paris, Made in France, 399/3 Galerie Chicago, within a giltwood frame.
