Rare Gouache on Paper painting executed by world renowned artist and draftsman Richard Rummell, depicting the interior of the famed J.H. Williams & Co drop forging factory, crazy detail, amazing use of color. You feel like your right there! The workers, the machines and the metal, truly incredible. Rummell known for his depiction of the Titanic as well as numerous renderings of New York City buildings, skylines, boats, college's etc. Much too much to mention. This important painting was featured in "THE WORLD's COLUMBIAN EXPOSITION' -drop Forgings exhibit of J.H. Williams & Co Brooklyn, NY. Very minor water damage and hardly noticeable (see photo). Also available, original painting of the exterior, factory, and C handcrafted copper/bronze sign (plaque) from the same factory. Check other ads.
