About the Item
A pair of inscribed watercolors by the noted Swiss artist Werner Holenstein. They are a matched pair and one is signed with his customary monogram Ho and dated 1966. Framed in simple period black frames. These came from an estate that collected Swiss artists and we have a few others by Holenstein listed. They are done on buff paper and are behind glass. The paper is rippled on both. The frames have minor paint loss and imperfections.
