About the Item
An original art poster by notable German artist Ludwig Hohlwein (1874-1949), a pioneer in the Sachplakat style, made for the German tourist trade of the time, their RDV logo can be seen in the bottom left corner. The scene depicts a classic car in front of trees, Gothic and traditional German architectural buildings, a lake and a mountain range. Set in a cream linen mat in a wooden frame painted black with a gold trim. Wired and ready to hang.
