Original antique World War One recruitment poster featuring dynamic artwork by the notable Welsh artist Frank William Brangwyn (1867-1956) depicting a soldier in uniform giving directions to a family, the man supporting a lady holding a baby with a silhouette in the background, a man sitting in desperation on the side and lifeless dead and dying bodies on the ground, smoke rising from burning war torn buildings and more distressed people by ruins needing help in the background. Large size. Good condition, creasing, tears, pinholes, paper losses, minor staining, backed on old linen.
