John Jabez Edwin Paisley Mayall (1813-1901) was an English photographer who in 1860 took the first carte-de-visite photographs of Queen Victoria. Taken from Royal North Devon:- Royal North Devon at Westward Ho! Can rightly claim to be the cradle of English Golf.
