About the Item
Vintage NYC pier scene with early 20th c. ships and a monochromatic graphic sketchy feel, printed on metal. This piece would be great for a bar area, or in any neutral interior to harken to New York's early history and another time and space.
Each corner has been grommeted for display. We would be happy to add a hanging wire for the buyer upon request.
This piece is so wonderful and special for anyone who loves NYC or lives there. The city is such an iconic place and seeing it from a bird's eye view, as one does in this piece, only emphasizes the density and unique character of the architecture. The layout of buildings creates interstitial spaces that are at once so tight, yet project in a seemingly infinite pattern.
