Constantijn Huygens – Dutch Golden Age Poet and Statesman, 19th-Century Lithograph This elegant 19th-century hand-colored lithograph features Constantijn Huygens, one of the most influential figures of the Dutch Golden Age. A poet, composer, scholar, diplomat, and secretary to the Princes of Orange, Huygens (1596–1687) was a true Renaissance man whose legacy spans literature, music, and science.
