Gorgeous Antique Persian Oriental hand woven wool on cotton diamond leaf pattern & floral rug wall hanging. This wall hanging is a smaller piece cut from a larger rug and the edges have been bound. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear. There are some small old holes on the bottom half. You have to search to find. Please see photos and zoom in for details. We attempt to portray any imperfections. Circa, Late 19th-Early 20th Century.
Just hanging out and looking FABULOUS!!!! We have an absolutely wonderful Antique Persian Oriental rug wall hanging to offer to you!! It’s actually a portion of a larger Persian Oriental rug that was made into an incredible wall hanging. It is a wool on cotton HAND WOVEN rug with a design of gorgeous deep red leaves which create a diamond pattern featuring multicolored floral bouquets inside each diamond. The warp is cotton, and the weft is wool, it has fringe on the top and bottom of the rug, and it hangs looped on a lovely brass plated hollow tube bar… it’s incredible to say the least! Do you have an unsightly linen closet or maybe an electrical panel in a spot on the wall you find unattractive? Perfect! This wall hanging will cover that area nicely and still allow you access if necessary. Have a hole or blemish in the closet door? Hang this beauty right over any wall or door that is less-than-attractive, and you will change the whole look of the room. Honestly, it is a beautiful work of art that will bring a Persian Oriental flare and just the right splash of color to any room in your home. Incredible vintage Spanish Revival or Mediterranean style floral tapestry chenille sofa comprised of a dark wood frame with barley twist spindle post sides, brass decorative details, three foam filled loose zippered Dacron wrapped foam seat cushions, and three loose zippered Dacron wrapped foam back cushions, two bolster arm pillows, new dust cover, round tapered wood back legs, and front ball casters. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear even if it has been refinished or restored. Specifically, at first look I thought this sofa was reupholstered but given a second look this is its original! It is in great condition. But the foam in the seat cushions is starting to show its age and will need to be replaced soon; however, that’s easy to do with the zippered cushions.
