1960s, Rare, Oversized, Hand woven, Polish kilim wall tapestry created by iconic Polish textile artist, E. Keszycka. Both sides of the tapestry are hand finished with hand knotted fringes along

E. Keszycka is considered the Evelyn Ackerman of Poland. Her works are usually oversized, abstract, modern, colorful interpretations of Polish folk art
Each tapestry run was very limited as they were all labor intensive and hand dyed and woven
The tapestries made by certain artisans, this one included, are highly collectible works of art.
Because collectors tend not put theirs up for sale, and the fact that production was so limited to begin with, they scarcely come up for sale in the marketplace
