19th Century Framed English Armorial
About the Item
19th century oak hand carved framed armorial from England. The central design is of a shield with two wheat shafts, flanked by decorative scrolls, and topped with a regal standing lion, also holding a shaft of wheat. Over the top of the crest is a flowing banner with the word "gratitudo". This is a very unusual piece of wall art, and would be a grand addition to any collection.
