This mourning angel by a grave is entirely hand-carved out of marble. This early 20th century Christian work of art can be used hanging on the wall or standing on a shelf. The natural posture of this carved angel shows the quality and skill of the maker. The finely carved and serene, mourning face is simply stunning. You will rarely see such quality and apart from some minor chips from the edge on the back this highly decorative and impressive work of art is in excellent condition.
