Mid-Century Modern String & Wool on Burlap Framed Stylized Floral Wall Sculpture

About the Item

This artisan made framed wall sculpture is unsigned, but presumed to have originated from Canada and date to approximately 1970 and done in a Mid-Century Modern style. The sculpture is done with white string and a series of yellow wood on blue burlap to depict stylized flowers or seeding dandelions. The sculpture is framed in a pine shadow box styled frame with painted black sides and gold accented front. The sculpture is in very good period condition showing no wear, fading or damage.
