About the Item
Beautiful and more uncommon in this large size, a 12 inch Gong! Long period brass chain and handle are attached. Cast iron wall mounting plate bolted on wood panel for temporary hanging. Wood can be removed and bell bolted directly into the wall or wood can be mounted to the wall and and the mount reattached. It produces a big clear beautiful sound. Could not find the Mfg. mark but most likely produced by Bevin Inc. Can also be hung flipped upside down and reconnect the chain to the outer brass lever.
