About the Item

Elegant and beautiful Sterling Silver 7 Row Cuff Bracelet with Stormy Mountain Natural Turquoise Hearts by Mike Bird-Romero made in 1993. The two large stacked turquoise hearts are separated by two small gold capped balls. Stamped with Mike Bird's representative Symbol and 'SAN JUAN PUEBLO, STERLING.' Bracelet measures 1.75 inches H. overall, 2 1/4 inches W., inside measurement of 5 5/16 inches, and a 1 3/16 inch opening. Purchased in 1993 directly from the artist, this bracelet has never before been sold or worn. Born in 1946 in San Juan Pueblo, Mike Bird-Romero is an accomplished jeweler known for his technical mastery, innovation, respect for historical techniques and designs, and is a major figure in contemporary Native American jewelry making. Selecting only the best, most dramatic materials, Mike is known for bold, sculptural interpretations of traditional designs.
