About the Item

An incredible Art Deco diamond and aquamarine bracelet set in platinum. The central panel features an octagonal cut aquamarine set north south with a weight of 9.85 carat. This central stone has an accompanying GIA certification describing it as transparent and light blue. Surrounding this central stone are 34 single cut diamonds which are flanked to the ends by baguette cut diamonds, round brilliant and more single cut diamonds. From this central section stems a double row bracelet to each side of the aquamarine which is entirely set with single cut diamonds. There are six marquise cut stones that link the bracelet which comprise of four diamonds and two aquamarines, and the bracelet is finished with a box clasp and folding latch. All of the diamonds in this incredible bracelet are of F/G/H colour and VS to SI clarity which are very good for stones of this period. It's very likely this piece was originally a cocktail watch which has had the face removed and had the large aquamarine fitted in its place, however this does not detract from the beauty of the piece. Ideally suited to a smaller wrist, this cocktail bracelet is an absolute knockout piece of jewellery. Marked - only a serial number 'DA4188' Measures - 16cm in length and 1.5cm at widest Total diamond weight - 3.30 carat Total weight of piece - 23.01 grams
