An Edwardian pair of pearl and diamond earrings, each earring consisting of a pearl, accompanied by GCS report stating to be natural saltwater, measuring approximately 4.5mm, surrounded by ten transition-cut diamonds, suspended by a chain set with two larger transition-cut diamonds, total diamond weight approximately 1.40 carats, all fine millegrain-set in platinum, fitted with 9ct gold screw fittings, circa 1915, measuring approximately 2.9 x 1cm, gross weight 3.2 grams. Unmarked tested as Platinum (earrings) and 9ct Gold (screw back fittings). A pair of Edwardian diamond drop earrings, the ribbon bow motif suspending an open work tassel, set throughout with old- and rose-cut diamonds, all in a platinum millegrain setting, circa 1910, measuring approximately 3x1.1cm, gross weight 6.5 grams. This antique pair of drop earrings is in very good condition. Unmarked tested as platinum with 18ct gold screw. These lovely early twentieth century earrings come from the collection of Bentley & Skinner, the London jewellers by appointment to both Her Majesty the Queen and His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales. These earrings each feature a sparkling diamond-set bow from which is suspended a diamond-set tassel.
