About the Item

A pair of old 18K Gold earrings decorated with seed Pearls. Freely suspended and moving drop-shaped dangles on woven chains, dot - planished decor on the borders. Each earring is 47 mm long suspended. Each round part with 4 pearls Ø 12 mm. Weight: 7.4 grams pair. Swedish hallmarks on both, marked 18K Gold, maker's GD&Co, city of Malmö, date marks Q 5 = made in 1870. Initially, there were original hooks that were later replaced with stud-type Swedish locks also hallmarked 18K with year combination G9 / made in 1957. Thus very likely this modification was made in 1957. But if you desire to change studs for hooks again - just let me know - that can be arranged for a bit extra. Condition is fine used. No damages or repairs. Some patina on metal due to age and wear. > Most of the items that we sell are not new at all if not stated otherwise.
