This necklace is made of 14kt yellow gold and features a total weight of 52.00 carats in rubies. It is adorned with 50 round brilliant diamonds, totaling 1.75 carats. The necklace also showcases 49 natural oval-shaped rubies, which have been polished and cut to a very good standard. These rubies exhibit an intense red color and have undergone treatment for filling. The diamonds have an H-I color grade and SI1-SI2 clarity.
The necklace has a basket-style setting and measures 16.75 inches in length. It is equipped with a push-in clasp and a figure-8 security clasp. The necklace is stamped with "14kt" to signify its gold content and weighs 45.85 grams. The larger rubies measure approximately 9 x 7 mm, while the smaller rubies measure about 4 x 3 mm. There are very minor natural surface inclusions present in the rubies. This piece comes with a formal written appraisal by a GIA graduate gemologist to show authenticity.
