About the Item
This contemporary pendant necklace is crafted from 18 karat yellow gold and features a detachable natural cabochon emerald drop measuring 9.5x7x6 mm and weighing around 3 carats, along with three round diamonds. The earrings from this collection were featured in a review by Vogue UA. The piece was designed by Berlin-based oil painter and jewelry artist, Polya Medvedeva. We use top-quality natural diamonds (VS, F-G) sourced from a German gem company that has been in the market since the 19th century.
The emerald drop can be removed, making this piece versatile and allowing for replacement with other gems, or wearing the piece alone without the drop.
The sculptural design creates a striking surface for the flowers and produces a subtle interplay of light and shadow. The diamonds add a delicate sparkle to the piece, and the cabochon drop is designed to let light through.
In addition to emerald, the drop can be replaced with other gems such as tanzanite, sapphire, amethyst, and more, which can also be ordered separately in the future. The plum flowers symbolize the energy of life and blossom earliest in winter.

One of Polya's notable admirers is the German actress Anne Ratte-Polle, who selected her jewelry to wear on the red carpet of the Berlinale Film Festival.
