Antique Diamond and Pearl pendant necklace, Edwardian
About the Item
A stunning antique late Edwardian era pendant necklace.
It is a dainty and feminine piece with a circular shaped, open work pendant drop, crafted in cool platinum it is set with sparkling diamond chips and tiny pearls.
It has a paperclip style link chain and fastens with a spring ring fastening.
To the base of the pendant is a small loop and this would have held an additional drop but this is no longer present.
The chain length is very small so this would be ideal for someone with a dainty neck size or would require lengthening.
Marks and era:
Unmarked, tests as platinum, silver and 9ct gold, Edwardian era.
Condition:
Good used condition overall, chain has been repaired in one area previously but this is not visible to the naked eye, lower drop not present
