About the Item
This is a magnificent Emerald and Pearl Pendant necklace dating to the 19th Century. It is in the Renaissance Revival style and dates to circa 1870. There are five gorgeous natural mined rectangular cut and two round cut vivid green Emeralds with seven stunning freshwater cultured pearls. The emeralds have just fabulous color and light. The gems are set in an articulated scrolling dangle motif design in 10 Karat Yellow Gold. The pendant is in the Renaissance Revival style.
The overall effect of the gems and the beautiful gold work in this early antique piece is truly magical.
The pendant is 2.12 inches (5.3 cm) long, and 1.4 inches (3.6 cm) wide.
