THIS IS A MAGNIFICENT MUSEUM QUALITY ANTIQUE VICTORIAN MOONSTONE AND RUBY NECKLACE IN 14 KARAT ROSE GOLD.
The necklace is an absolute masterpiece of antique Victorian jewelry artistry. The combination of moonstone, ruby and rose gold in the pendant design is exquisite.
The necklace is set with the most gorgeous moonstone gems in pear shape, oval and round cabochons. The moonstones are exquisite with superb blue hues. On either side of the moonstones are fabulous round red rubies. The rubies are absolutely exquisite with gorgeous fire engine red color. The 24 round faceted rubies total approximately 2.5 to 3 Carats. The moonstones and rubies are set in 14 Karat Rose to Yellow Gold. The necklace dates to the Victorian to Art Deco period.
The necklace is a dramatic romantic antique jewel with gorgeous design and the most beautiful jewels. The moonstones have stunning blue hues. The contrast with the red rubies is magnificent.
