Composed of two joined hands set with sixty four round cabochon turquoises in closed back grain settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.20 carats, and additionally set with thirty seven round rose cut diamonds in closed back grain settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.06 carats, to an articulated fede ring formed from three flat bands joined to the reverse with a pin, and opening to reveal a carved double heart form.
