About the Item

Ca. 1900s -1920's hand- made Halo Ring with Diamonds. Band in solid 18K Yellow Gold. Openwork Crown is a bit convex shaped for best fit on a finger with top part.clusters in Silver holding 7 natural rose cut Diamonds. Swedish early 20th century customs hallmarks confirming 18K Alloy Gold. The larger Diamond in the center is a marquise rose cut 6 mm x 4.5 mm / 0. 35 ct and six Diamonds around it Ø 3 mm / 0.15 ct each. Total weight ca 1.2 ctw. Color of the central stone seems to be of faint rose-toned color. Gemstones may often look differently in different light and weather conditions and time of the day, both indoors and outdoors. Stones of the rings photographed alone may look a bit differently when on hand because your finger makes the back side of the stone closed and light no longer can go through and the color becomes different. Stones with closed backs may seem darker than stones with open backs. Such nuances of color perception do not give any excuse to claim item to be not as described.
