About the Item

Old 18th - 19th cent. sparkling beauty with dome of the crown in Silver on 18K Yellow Gold holding 19 rose cut Diamonds. Largest stone in the center is Ø 4.5mm / 0. 4ct , 18 around it are Ø 4 mm / 0.25ct each . Total weight of the stones involved is ca 5 ctw. The backs of the stones are foiled and closed. This ring is European made, dates to 18th -early 19th century. It was resized in the past and recently cleaned. In finest condition with no missing,loose or shaky stones. One stone differs in color from the rest being more white than the rest.That stone is noticeable under artificial light but the difference is hardly noticeable in daylight at all. Measurements: Floret's Ø 18mm x 9 mm deep. Size: Ø 8.25 US / 18.35 mm . Sizing is possible for additional payment. Stones of the rings photographed alone may look a bit differently when on hand because your finger makes the back side of the stone closed and light no longer can go through and the color becomes different. Stones with closed backs may seem darker than stones with open backs. Such nuances of color perception do not give any excuse to claim item to be not as described.
