About the Item
Sculptural geometric ring designed by Alain Roure.
This is a fabulous sculptural ring, created in France by Alain Roure, back in the 1970. The amazing ring has been designed with an unusual escalator, geometric patterns in solid white gold of 18 karats with high polished finish. It is embellished with forty-eight perfectly matched earth mined natural diamonds. This ring is the epitome of design with an exceptional craftsmanship. Is a fabulous showstopper of a ring that will most certainly gain attention. The planning and carefully execution that went into crafting this ring is master minding. The white colorless diamonds sparkle and the three-dimensional design show us optical twisting and turnings as the hand moves.
Alain Roure
The company was founded in Lyon in 1964 by the young and perspective jewelry designer Alaine Rour (Alain Roure). He planned to determine his own jewelry company, and his brothers – Christian and Domingo de Guzman were able to facilitate him during this tough business. This happened in 1964. His first assortment was provided by the public and had a fantastic success. This success is confirmed by arduous facts: the corporate has these days many stores and over thirty thousand embodied in gold luxury designer creations. The Ring steps won first prize in 1964 in a very Diamond's International Award. It combines a sublime style with hints of sophistication. Roure attaches nice importance to family values and traditions, similarly because of the heritage of the French jewelry. Since its foundation, fifty years have already passed, and decorations of Alain Roure area unit elegant, good and demanded. Hallmarks: Stamped with French marks; two times with the maker's mark inside a lozange cartouche associated to Alain Roure, and the three times with the mark of the eagle for the assay and warranty of the 18kt white gold.
Awards: The Ring "Steps", won in 1964 first prize in a very Diamond International Award.
Collateral: This geometric cocktail ring is accompanied by a presentation jewelry box.
Condition: The overall condition of this Alain Roure ring is excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold. The 48 diamonds are secured in their settings. This ring has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
