This 20th century navette ring centres on an oval cushion-shaped sapphire in a dreamy and well-saturated mid-blue - a great colour which unsurprisingly led the stone to be associated with the heavens throughout history, standing out beautifully from its backdrop of pavé-set circular-cut diamonds.
