About the Item

Poison Ring in solid 18K Yellow Gold with hidden folding compartment on the crown.. Both hinged halves of the cover open and close ,it shuts pretty tightly and can only be lifted using a tip of the nail. Unisex model, will look great on Man's or female hand if the size is right. Swedish fragmented hallmarks ,marked 18K, hallmarks of unknown maker. Year marks : L with worn number,exact date of creation is not known. I sold several similar Swedish poison Rings in the past and in accordance with hallmarks all dated to 19th century first half. Poison compartment measures : 10 mm x 6 mm x 3 mm in depth Size: Ø 8 US / 18.89 mm. Sizing is possible.
