1920s Antique Dazzling Art Deco 5.54ctw Blue Moonstone Diamond Sapphire Platinum Dinner Ring
The finest examples of Art Deco engagement rings were hand fabricated and impeccably finished with hand tooled engraving . No expense was spared in producing these masterpieces as the 1920’s were some of the most affluent times in our history.
Here we are, introducing masterfully handcrafted in platinum ART DECO MOONSTONE DIAMOND SAPPHIRE RING, circa 1920s
Right angle artistry reigns supreme in this striking geometric Art Deco Jewel. All of the iconic characteristics and allure of Art Deco design are present in this rare and ravishing ring.
The round glowing royal blue-flash MOONSTONE is the star attraction in this wonderful one-of-a-kind dinner ring. The moonstone in this Art Deco ring is simply breathtaking. Its royal blue adularescence is so intense and beautiful, it's easily the most mesmerizing we've ever seen. A truly exceptional moonstone with that rare, sought-after royal blue adularescence.
Resting nice and low on the finger, its geometrically fashioned design glitters all around with small brightly twinkling old cut diamonds, outlined with bright blue caliber sapphires, for striking and sophisticated effect.
The flared shoulders are decorated with one Old European diamond on each side, while subtle engraving on the shank adds the finishing detail. Sublime.

RING DETAILS:
1 Moon stone weight 2.50ct and measures 8.47mm (diameter).
24 Swiss old cut Diamonds + 2 Old European diamonds, estimated total weight is 0.80ctw, G-H color VS/SI clarity overall. Sparkly, brilliant, glorious.
28 Step cut Blue Sapphire ( most likely natural ),3x2, 2x2mm, approx. total weight is 2.24ctw
The Top of the ring's measurements are 19.50mm x 18.47mm.
The Band tappers from 6.01mm to 1.68mm on the bottom.
Sits low-medium on the finger - height 9.58mm.
The Platinum ( tested ) Ring's weight is 8.45 grams, Solid.
Finger size 8 1/4, can be re-sized.
Ring is in great antique condition, very little wear to the setting in the form of minor abrasions , no deep knicks to the metals. Center moonstone is in excellent condition ( possibly not original to the ring, but a gorgeous replacement!), no sign of wear. All diamonds and sapphires are in placed and seem original. . Wear would be consistent with age and use.
