About the Item
The heart of this 18 karat yellow gold Tobacco Flower cocktail cluster ring is natural cushion cut blue sapphire, 4,6 carats, 10,47x8,26 mm, AIG certified. The ring is easy to wear, and the gem catches eye's attention. This piece can be personally signed for the same price.
There is no need to describe how incredible such mystic colour gem look in the all lights, day-time and indoor, and the size of it only makes it more vivid and strong. It is a ring with a gem for a family inheritance through the ages.
It is surrounded by chosen for it: dark blue, red and green sapphires, malaya garnet, unheated tanzanite, blue indicolite tourmaline and blue natural zircons:
Oval dark blue sapphire, 3,94 carats, 10,3x9,2 mm.
Pear cut malaya garnet, 1,2 carats.
Oval cut 1.9 carats tanzanite, dimension: 7.90x6.20x5.25 mm, no heat, MGL certified.
3 oval sapphires, SI-VS, unheated, untreated, Madagascar, Africa, purple red and green, 2,5 carats in total.
Indicolite dark blue tourmaline in oval cut, 0,85 carats.
2 natural blue zircons, 1,6 carats in total.
The piece is designed by oil painter and jewellery designer Polya Medvedeva. It is a limited edition collection of a few pieces only.
An unusual form makes this ring an art object. Flowers often are an inspiration for the artist, for painting and for jewellery design. The tobacco flowers bloom through the night and symbolises a shamanic mystery of the all things hidden.
The ring on a video is without sapphires, but with spinels instead.
