Italian Shell Cameo and Seed Pearl Ring in 14k Yellow Gold
About the Item
This pretty ring features a lovely shell cameo that was beautifully hand carved in Italy. The cameo is bezel set and encircled by 3mm seed pearls that have been hand-strung on fine gold wire. The pearls sit atop an intricate frame of hand-spun fine gold that peeks out from beneath the pearls and adds beauty from every angle. This artisan style of time-consuming and delicate craftsmanship takes decades to master and as such, is quite rare. Our own jeweler who dedicated his life to creating this style of jewelry has retired and we will not be able to replace these pieces once our remaining inventory has sold. Such an elegant style that shows off unusual artisan talent and a passion for the beauty of nature's treasures!
