Modernist Asymmetric Ring in 18Kt Gold with 9.27 Cts in Diamonds and Amethyst
About the Item
German designer's asymmetric ring with gemstones.
Modernist piece created in Germany in the late 1970's. This avant-garde ring was crafted, with an asymmetric shape in solid yellow gold of 18 karsts, with very high polished finish.
Mount on top, into a bezel, with a fancy hexagonal cabochon cut of a natural vivid purple Amethyst of 8.95 carats.
The sides are accented, with a channel that are holding 4 tapered baguette cuts diamonds, with a total weight of 0.32 carats, F color, VVS-1 clarity.
Have a total weight of 21.90 Grams and the actual size is 9, sizeable. The top view measures are 22 mm by 23 mm.
Stamped, with the maker's mark and the gold assay hallmark, "Z/A 18 KT".
Note: Purple combines the calm stability of blue and the fierce energy of red. The color purple is often associated with royalty, nobility, luxury, power, and ambition.
