About the Item

The ring is titled “Harmony” encapsulating the flowing design, catching the movements of the water surging around coral with the pearl as a central feature and bringing into play the beautiful aqua tones of colour enhanced blue diamonds, personally selected for the subtle paler tones of their colour which are difficult to source. The end result being a majestic merger of the platinum, 18K yellow gold, diamonds and pearls, once again achieving a truly original handmade masterpiece by Paul Amey. “Harmony” was a finalist in the Cygnet Bay September 2017 Australian Pearl Jewellery Design Competition. “Harmony” is made from 18K yellow gold and platinum, diamonds and pearls and is of a ribbon design with molten trim overlaid with scrolled platinum work. The principal pearl is an A1+ 12mm drop shaped Cygnet Bay South Sea pearl with a complimentary Broome Keshi white pearl nestled into the shoulder. Showcased in the ring are the following diamonds: 1 x 25pt F pear shape, 1 x 15pt round brilliant white diamond, 2 x 8pt round brilliant white diamonds, 1 x 5pt, 5 x 3pt and 13 x 1pt round white diamonds equalling 21pts in total. Also featured are 4 x blue colour enhanced natural diamonds being 1 x 21pt marquis, 1 x 17pt round brilliant and 2 x 7pt round. The “Harmony” ring was designed and hand crafted by multi award-winning jeweller Paul Amey in Australia. Stamped with his registered makers mark and precious metal marks, “Harmony” was designed and completed with over 80 hours of labour and finished in August 2017. All components are masterfully handcrafted by Paul Amey with no casting or 3D imaging used. Diamond and stone settings were all carried out by Paul Amey. "Harmony" has a total weight of 16.4 grams and is currently size L(GB) or 6(US) but can be resized by contacting the seller. The ring measures 25mmL x 22mmW x 12.5mmH/D.
